The Department of Veteran Affairs offers small amounts of home care assistance under their Veterans Home Care Program (VHC). The DVA’s program is available for assessment for Veterans who have a Veteran Gold or White Card and provide services including domestic help, personal care, respite care and home and garden maintenance.
